• Please enter in the "order reference number" section of the Basket page the name of your Sales Consultant. Below that enter any specific instructions you may have, i.e you have bought roof bars and don't want them fitted before you collect your car.  If we have any special promotions you will have been given a "Special Offer" code to enter in the appropriate box.  
   
• You can browse the shop for products such as Ixtar G3 Glasscoat or accessories, which you may have been made aware of at the time of your car purchase. 
    
• therenaultshop.co.uk gives you the opportunity to buy these products on-line when you have had more time to consider how you might like to enhance and protect your new car. Please make sure, when you complete your order on-line that you select the "Collect" delivery option. This will ensure that you are not charged for carriage or postage.
   
• After you have ordered a product it will be applied or fitted ready for when you visit us again to take delivery of your car - it's as simple as that!!
